Unscented soap is an essential part of the healing process of your tattoo! Because for the first week or so it is an open wound, it is essential to keep it clean in order to keep any harmful organisms out while it is in it's most vunerable state.

It's very important that your soap is unscented as fragrences can highly irritate the skin and cause your tattoo to heal improperly.

DIRECTIONS:

Once you remove your Saniderm (second skin) you will begin the process of washing and moisturizing your tattoo. Wash your tattoo gently twice a day in the beginning, and down to once a day once the scab has fully formed. DO NOT scrub with a washcloth. Pat dry with a paper towel NOT a regular towel (could introduce bacteria)

Once you've washed your tattoo, apply a thin layer of the unscented moisturizer of your choice. I will always reccomend Hustle Butter which I also provide for sale, but if you have something that works for you then that is fine.

If using Aquaphor or anything petrolium based, go LIGHT with your application as it can clog your pores. I try to avoid Aquaphor.

After 2 weeks of caring for your healing tattoo, it should be healed and ready to show off to the world!
